Reporting Lost Items
If you believe you have lost something on one of our flights, please report it as soon as possible. You can do so by filling out our Lost and Found form on our website or at the airport. Please provide as much detail as possible about the lost item, including the flight number, seat number, and a description of the item. Our team will then investigate and do their best to recover your item.
Recovering Lost Items
If your lost item is found, we will contact you to arrange for its return. We will need to verify that the item belongs to you, so please be prepared to provide identification and proof of ownership.
If your lost item is not found within 14 days, you may consider it lost for good. However, we will still do our best to assist you with any questions you may have regarding the lost item.
Damaged or Delayed Baggage
If your baggage is damaged or delayed, please report it to our baggage service office before leaving the airport. We will do our best to repair or replace your damaged baggage and will offer first-need allowances to help you get by while we do our best to locate your bag.
